BeFit is a product based exclusively on 4 fully natural ingredients: MCT oil, natural cannabidiol (CBD) isolate and essential oils – grapefruit essential oil and lime essential oil.

MCT (medium-chain fatty acids) differ from the typical fats in the digestion and absorption processes. It’s a group of fatty acids with medium carbon chain which contains 6–12 carbons. Their absorption takes place directly from the intestinal epithelial cells, from where they are then transported straight to the liver without being built into chylomicrons. The digestion of MCTs does not require the presence of lipase enzyme and emulsifying salts of bile acids (present in bile), so it is faster and easier than its long-chain counterparts. Importantly, MCT gets less accumulated in fat cells (adipocytes) than long-chain fatty acids. Numerous clinical trials have shown that the consumption of MCT oil promotes weight loss, mainly by increasing energy expenditure (thermogenesis)^1-3.

Natural cannabidiol (CBD) isolate – sourced by extraction of fibre hemp plants, and then isolating proper CBD. Cannabidiol is one of the best known cannabinoids with properties that support the human body. Cannabinoids, including CBD, can support body weight control. Research shows connection between using CBD and transformation of white fat cells into brown fat cells⁴. The main difference is that white fat cells store fat (contribute to body weight gain), while brown fat cells use fat to produce energy (heat).
